What happens if my child misses a class?

What technology do we need?

Any device with an internet connection works, including a phone, and plenty of students join on one. A laptop, tablet or desktop is easier to follow for a full lesson, because the worked examples on the shared whiteboard are bigger and you can keep your own notes beside them. A microphone is recommended so students can ask questions during the live class, but it is not required.

Junior Cycle maths covers foundational topics across 3rd Year, examined at Higher or Ordinary Level in the Junior Cycle Final Exam. Leaving Cert maths is more advanced, split into Higher Level (covering calculus, proofs, and complex numbers) and Ordinary Level. The jump between them is significant, which is why we run separate dedicated programmes for each.

How do I get a H1 in Leaving Cert Maths Higher Level?

A H1 (90%+) in Leaving Cert Higher Level Maths requires consistent practice with past exam papers, mastering the marking scheme, and keeping up with topics as they're taught throughout the year. Yes. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until your trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before that.

What age or year groups do you cater for?

We cater for students from 6th Class through to 6th Year. Our Pre-JC programme is designed for 6th Class to 2nd Year students building their foundations, while our Junior Cycle and Leaving Cert programmes serve 1st–6th Year students.

Our live lessons are intentionally kept small so there's always time for questions and the tutor can address individual difficulties during the session.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and there are no lock-in contracts. If you change your mind within 14 days of a payment we'll refund it in full, whichever plan you're on. After that, monthly plans simply run to the end of the period you've paid for. On an academic year plan after that, we refund the rest of the year minus the months you've used at our monthly rate, so the amount comes down as the year goes on.
